YUMMIK is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Storage and Use of Food Products
After delivery, the customer is responsible for storing and using the products correctly in accordance with the information on the packaging.

YUMMIK is not liable for loss of quality or damage caused by improper storage, incorrect use, or failure to follow storage instructions after delivery, to the extent permitted by law.

We aim to handle complaints as quickly and reasonably as possible.

12. Privacy
YUMMIK processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on our website.

13. Liability
YUMMIK is not liable for indirect damage or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, except where liability cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law.

14. Changes
YUMMIK may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on the website at the time the order is placed applies to that order.

15. Applicable Law
Agreements with YUMMIK are governed by Dutch law, insofar as this does not prejudice any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
