You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, where the statutory right of withdrawal applies.

For food safety and hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed food products cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged, defective, past its expiration date, or incorrectly delivered.
