Shipping Policy

Orders with an order value of €75 or more are shipped free of charge.
For orders under €75, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The exact shipping costs are shown at checkout.

We ship orders from Monday to Friday.
Orders placed on business days before 4:00 PM are generally shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM, during weekends, or on public holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day.

Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 3 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a Track & Trace code, where available, so you can follow your shipment.

Although we do our best to deliver orders within the stated delivery time, delays caused by the carrier, high shipping volumes, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances may sometimes result in a longer delivery time.

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. YUMMIK is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, to the extent permitted by law.

If your package arrives damaged, you receive the wrong product, or your order appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible at info@yummik.nl. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
